Returns Policy

You have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition as when you received it: unworn or unused, with all tags attached, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To initiate a return, please contact us at support@covelles.com. Items returned without prior return approval will not be accepted. Please note that, in most cases, the return address is located outside your country.

Returns must be shipped via a courier service, and you must provide us with the tracking number. The standard return address will be confirmed by customer service after receipt of your proof of purchase.

How to Return an Item

2. Receive Return Instructions

Once approved, we will send you a return authorisation and step-by-step instructions by email.

4. Package Your Item

Please securely package the item in its original packaging, including all accessories, tags, and documentation.

5. Ship the Return

Drop off your parcel at the nearest shipping location, following the instructions provided in your return authorisation email.

Return costs:
All return shipping costs are borne by the customer.


Refunds

The seller will refund all payments received from the consumer, excluding delivery costs, without undue delay and no later than 10 business days after the returned parcel has been received.

Once your return has been received and inspected, you will receive a confirmation email.

Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used for the original transaction, unless otherwise agreed. No additional fees will be charged for processing the refund.

Inspection

Upon receipt, we inspect the returned item to ensure it meets our return conditions.

Refund Processing

After inspection, your refund will be processed. It typically takes up to 7 business days for the amount to appear on your original payment method, depending on your bank or payment provider.


Exchanges

We do not offer product exchanges.


Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, certain items are non-returnable. These items are clearly marked as non-returnable in the product description.


Consumer Complaint – Defective Product

If goods purchased from us are found to be defective, you have the right to submit a complaint. You may request:

  • Replacement with a defect-free item

  • Repair of the defect

  • A price reduction

You may submit a complaint within one year of discovering the defect. However, the complaint period cannot expire before the end of the product’s warranty period.

Your complaint will be reviewed within 30 days of receipt.
